Halimas El Nizr exhibits classic dry desert type. He is a beautifully balanced, correct, stallion. Nizr has small refined ears, large eyes, great movement and tail carriage and a perfect temperament all of which he is passing onto his foals.
Halimas El Nizr was sired by Anaza El Nizr who was one of the most beautiful Egyptian stallions to be imported to Australia. Anaza El Nizr was sired by Ruminaja Ali, a US Reserve National Champion Stallion, and is out of the wonderful mare Bint Deena. Anaza El Nizr is a full brother to Anaza El Farid, Supreme Exhibit at the Egyptian Event in Kentucky and sire of Gazal Al Shaqab and grandsire of World Champion Marwan Al Shaqab. Bint Deena was also the dam of horses the calibre of Anaza Bay Shahh, one of the senior sires at Simeon Stud and Ibn El Mareekh the best known son of the wonderful El Mareekh. Anaza El Nizr was Australian Champion Stallion in 1995 and, in turn, sired an Australian Champion. There are very few straight Egyptian horses in Australia by Anaza El Nizr as unfortunately he met an untimely death at a young age when exported to Germany.
Halimas El Nizr is out of Halimas Tiara (Imp. USA) who is a daughter of the top producing sire of US National winning Show horses, El Hilal, and is out of a ¾ sister to El Hilal, the wonderful mare Charm of Halima. El Hilal’s progeny are sought after the world over because of their extreme type, well set on necks and charismatic attitude. El Hilal was a son of the influential Nazeer son, Ansata Ibn Halima and out of the beautiful Nazeer daughter Bint Nefisaa. Halima Tiara’s dam is also a daughter of Ansata Ibn Halima whose dam, Nama, is by the legendary son of Nazeer, Morafic and then out of Bint Nefisa again. This mare is line bred to such greats as Nazeer, Ansata Ibn Halima, Morafic and Bint Nefisaa.
