Halimas Fayshana

Grey Straight Egyptian Mare

Halimas Fayshana is an exquisite daughter of the imported black straight Egyptian and Australian top ten stallion, Fayrid, and the Prince Fa Moniet daughter Simeon Shafan. H Fayshana has a small, fine, chiseled head and large, dark, lustrous eyes. She has correct conformation and is a great mover.

Halimas Fayshana has an outstanding pedigree. Her sire, Fayrid, was sired by the 2004 Egyptian Event Reserve Champion Faahim who promised to be a top show and breeding stallion but tragically died soon after arrival in Saudi Arabia. Faahim was sired by Anaza El Farid (Ruminaja Ali x Bint Deena), Supreme Champion at the Egyptian Event in 1994 prior to export to Count Zichy Thyssen in Argentina. Faahim’s dam Shameerah (El Mareekh x Rawayeh) was a Senior Champion Mare at the Egyptian Event.

Fayrid’s dam MB Shareena, a daughter of the incomparable Imperial Madheen, is a mare of classic beauty whose female tail line traces back to Maar-Ree who carries the blood of Prince Mohammed Aly’s renowned breeding program.

Halimas Fayshana’s dam, Simeon Shafan is from the heart of the Simeon Stud’s breeding program with the added uniqueness of bringing Prince Fa Moniet into the pedigree. Prince Fa was one of the greatest Egyptian horses to ever come to Australia. In the Middle East his progeny, and descendants, are greatly sought after. Simeon Shafan’s dam Simeon Simona (Asfour x 27 Ibn Galal – 5) is described by the Simeon Stud as constituting “… the cornerstone of Simeon’s successful breeding program.”

We are confident that Fayshana will enjoy a very successful show and breeding career.
